24 Hour Universal Design Challenge: Judges Award Winner

The winner of the Judges Award of the first ever 24 Hour Universal Design Award Challenge was What a Load of Bollards. An intuitive navigation system that could be added to the top of any kerbside bollard in a city. The bollard head is replaced by an information dial with a tactile high contrast coloured direction arrow and speech output. See more on the 2009 Universal Design Challenge
