Launch of eLearning Module - Buildings for Everyone: Central Bank of Ireland
A new eLearning module on Universal Design in the built environment was launched at our annual conference on 20 October by Anne Rabbitte TD, Minister of State with responsibility for Disability. The module is a case study of the Central Bank of Ireland, a winner of the RIAI Universal Design Award. Minister Rabbitte noted:
This module is part of an important direction in which we need to move, from Universal Design being a niche consideration, to a key part of all design processes - fostering a ‘virtuous circle’ of good design, innovation, practice and implementation.
